  Item exactly as described and was in new condition with no blemishes or issues. Arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well packed with bubble wrap, paper wrap and fragile tape on the outside. Was also fast to ship and arrived promptly. Quality and value were great. Would highly recommend seller as they take pride and care in their product and how they are packed/shipped!

  I had purchased this mug from Amazon, who shipped it in a simple envelope with NO protection. It arrived in pieces. I contacted Amazon and requested a replacement. Once again it was shipped with NO protection and arrived in pieces. Thankfully, TOYNK knows how to ship an item correctly. The mug arrived in perfect condition and also arrived quickly. A+ for the seller.

  First shipment was only sent in a soft bag mailer with the comic not bagged/boarded, so it arrived it rough shape. After contacting them, a replacement was shipped immediately in more secure packaging, and arrived in much better shape. I appreciate their quick customer service to make things right!

  Positive transaction. Good value and quality. Item as described and arrived in good condition despite the jigsaw puzzle being shipped in a flimsy mailer with zero packing to protect from damage. I am happy but it could have easily been otherwise.
