Seller packaged the items folded, therefore kinking the wire safety bead. At least the seller acknowledged the errors. However the seller then cancelled the order stating that The BUYER had requested to cancel. This was presumably to avoid an eBay penalty. Buyer reported all above to eBay with evidence. Sadly eBay refuses to let buyers know the outcome.

However, screws were difficult to fit making it a bit of a difficult assemble, nothing on seller though they are superb to do business with, Top class service 👍🏻😊😊

I ordered the more expensive one but was sent the cheaper one. The only difference apparently is the box so I offered to keep the one I was sent if they would refund the difference in price. they refused and offered a return label instead. That is just hassle repacking and trip to post office etc. all at my expense, so I have decided just to keep the item I was sent but I wont be buying from them again.
