    Item was packaged securely and shipped promptly. However, the item was not what I had ordered. When I enquired if perhaps, I had mistakenly received someone else's order; seller apologized for the mix-up and quickly offered me a refund and to let me keep the item. When I replied that it wasn't necessary. (Stuff happens). Seller insisted. Appreciated the seller's principled integrity and generosity.
