  There was a (genuine) error in the listing, so the item I received (delivered VERY quickly after I bought it) was not what I was expecting. However, when I contacted the seller, they refunded me very quickly and efficiently, so even though I didn't get the item I ordered, I'd still be happy to buy from them again.

  Laptop arrived in the exact condition as honestly described by the seller. Carriage was quick and secure and the item was well packed. This old laptop wasn’t really an economic repair but it was bought as a parts donor and was ideal for that purpose. I will definitely use this seller again - recommended.
