  Service was very good with fast dispatch. Sadly the hook/tail snapped off during shipping which I think could’ve been avoided had it been packaged better. Thankfully the seller communicated very well and offered me a 33% refund which I took. Hopefully I can glue the tail back on. Would be happy to deal with this seller again.

  Beautifully packaged, arrived in perfect shape, just as described. Shipping took a bit longer for reasons best understood by the USPS but it got here in perfect shape, and that's what counts. All in all, a terrific value and sale. Thank you so much!
