  Shipped quick, as described. This reseller over communicates. I got shipping notices from Ebay, from UPS and from the seller. i don't need that many emails over a simple issue.

  The item was as described and came within the time window. As a caveat, I have not installed the thermostat yet. The seller had the courtesy of sending an Email regarding the process to send the parcel out for good, which I think was very nice.

  Seller had great communication, even sending pictures of the item before shipping it out. Tesla connector appears to be brand new (the sealing strip was unbroken on the OEM retail box), and it works perfectly with the Gen 3 Mobile Connector that came with my Model Y. Adapter plug shows Tesla logo & correct part number. Would definitely buy from this seller again! A+++ eBayer!
