Responded and fulfilled request I made when purchasing. Guitar very well packaged: extra bubble wrap in guitar box and Ibanez box packed into another box. This is how all guitars should be shipped. Because of the hurricane the vendor & I were in constant contact. He was friendly. He had no electricity. He wasn’t sure the UPS store was operational, as he hadn’t received any deliveries.
