  Arrived timely. The price was a bit higher than others, because I missed the $6.29 shipping cost. Looked in the wrong place on the listing. Packed well. I should get it installed tomorrow. It seems that sellers gets credit for shipping as soon as they make the request, even if they do not ship on that day. It took about 5 days to get the plate.
