  I never received my item; I had to ask seller to inquire with USPS/open up an investigation. No other concession was offered, no offer to refund. I am out $35 while this seller made a profit. If you purchase from this seller, please be advised you will not receive additional help if you do not receive it. Thank you.

  I am very sorry that you did not receive the movie. I contacted your post office and they checked with the driver and confirmed that it was delivered to your address. They suggested that you check with your neighbors and I relayed that message on to you. I was not able to recover any insurance on the item since, according to USPS, it was not lost. I can send you another movie of the same value if you would like.
