    A++++ seller! When the hooks they sent didn’t fit right they sent a new set of hooks and a free set of load stoppers to make up for it. Shipping was very fast for both shipments and they responded to all my messages immediately. Although I had to make a slight alteration to the feet so they would fit my oddly shaped roof, I saved hundreds on a rack that competes with the likes of Thule and Yakima. I’ll be recommending this seller to friends who need a rack. Thanks again!!!

    Really like the racks as I’m test fitting this and wanted another set of bars. I texted the seller ask for another bar and mount kit set he said yes he can sell me another set. Despite the time difference, I’m in Hawaii and the time is 5:45pm and I believe that like three hours difference from where I’m at. The seller is really great and good communication. Condition wise is very good. Pricing wise it’s hard to beat on the market. The looks of it too is really good and quality.

    They have a very strong technical team, and they tried to help me, but the problem was that my car model was different than the regular models. They accepted the return, but I paid the return shipping cost.

    Beware of this seller! They ship from Turkey, not the USA. I see the same thing happening to other people as it did to me... They send items with incomplete parts and then expect you to wait for them to ship, or even to buy them. When I asked for a shipping label to return the item, they didn't answer any more messages and let me go through the entire eBay claim process. They seem annoyed, and their professionalism is at zero. Not recommended!
