    It was a brand new Eldris. It came well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Every Mora I have has come sharp and looked great. It's as described. The quality is excellent, and it is an excellent value. I like the thick handle and the short, but wide blade. It looks sturdy and capable of working for the user.
