  I did not receive the wall plug & item did not seem to function. I contacted seller. I was able to get neck brace heater to work. When there is an issue, and a seller goes above & beyond to make me happy, that is the mark of a quality seller. Do not hesitate. I did not (want or) request a full refund. For this reason, do not hesitate. A+ seller. Thank you. I feel badly that I did get it to work. Thank you very much. I appreciate your kindness. The full refund was a nice surprise. :@))

  Very positive. Had actually started a return because I received a large instead of a medium. The vendor said try it on cuz a medium in America is a large in Asia. He’s RIGHT. Customer service was amazing. Gonna order more!
