  Be carefull. They do not pack well. Order was damaged vhen arrived. Item looked worse than the old that it was going to replace. Refuse to send new ones. They choosed to refund only half and to get negativ feedback. Very bad comunication and do not want to understand that customer want what was bought,- a new unused product. Sad customer that now has to buy another somewhere else. My first seller in about 18 years on ebay to get negative feedback.

  hi , really sorry for all things, but Your initial response was that you could accept a 50% refund, so I sent you a request for the 50% refund. Yet you did not accept it afterward; I later asked you to accept this 50% refund first—since the request had already been sent to you, we could neither recall nor cancel it, and only you could accept it first—after which I would send you the remaining 50%. But you never accepted this request.
