    I was disappointed to receive a used item with visible marks, as I was expecting a brand-new product in cellophane, consistent with the advertised listing and photos. The dispatch time was also slower than expected. Since I urgently needed the part, I accepted a partial refund, but unfortunately, my reputation with my customer has been affected due to this supplier error. That said, I do acknowledge the value was good.

    I bought this as my laptop was BIOS password locked - the old battery had failed. Swapping it over didn’t fix my issue but it’s an old laptop and it could’ve had other issues as well. So I can’t really comment on whether or not this item works. I can say that postage was prompt, packaging was secure and the item was as described. Good value for money too. Good seller and although I wasn’t able to fix my issue that’s no reflection on the seller and I will happily purchase from you again.
