  I was really worried because I didn't see the "no returns" when I bought the product. My fears turned out to be unfounded, because the item came as advertised and in the original box. All the parts were there, including the wrench and plumbers tape. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. The price, plus shipping was $20 below retail. I'm looking forward to setting it up when I get home.

  Got item shown in picture but didn’t see that item was broken. It took a little bit for the item to ship even though it was coming from nearby. Item was packaged extremely well. The value was very good for an item that doesn’t work.

  Good seller and hat was shipped fast. Hat had some small stains not visible in the pictures and it looks like they were from the packaging. Washed hat and stains are gone now.
