  The shaver I received did not come with the dual precision foils that were pictured in the shaver I ordered from the merchants ebay web page; however, the merchant worked with me for a partial refund that would cover my cost to purchase the superior dual precision foils for the shaver. The shaver and all accessories arrived in excellent condition. The merchant was very thoughtful and responded quickly and creatively to my satisfaction in addressing my concern.

  My original order arrived quickly and in good shape. Unfortunately, one of the two razors had an electrical issue. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement. I now have two good razors, which I know will last a long time because the previous one did. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
