  this is a great seller- there was a shipping problem – not their fault they communicated immediately and replace the item. It's an excellent spinner and I can't speak highly enough - for how great this vendor is. Extremely kind and reliable vendor .

  Do business at your own risk. Improper and misleading description. I was under the impression that I was purchasing the entire frame, which is in all the pictures. I only received the frame shelf, which is barely discussed in the description or the pictures. I reached out to the company to have them make it right and the response I received was "sorry" and an officer of $5.00 back. I asked for a full refund because of the misrepresentation and they declined to work with me.

  I received a brand new laser distance meter, and the shipping time was reasonable considering it came from overseas. However, I received a different model than I ordered. Working with the seller, we were able to come to a reasonable solution.

  Seller sent the wrong item, then repeatedly (4x) offered me a half refund because “the return would cost the same as the item”. Then told me to sell the incorrect item on my own. Reported to eBay - if they try to do the same to you, please make sure to report them.

  Thank you seller for the CO2 laser. I really like the box it is packed in. Condition is brand new, and the quality is excellent. I haven’t used it yet as I just received it yesterday. 🌹
