  This seller is great!! They reached out soon after I made my purchase to show me several options to choose from (I bought a pair of headphones and they had several of that type in stock). They were super friendly and even sent a photo of the package before they shipped it. The headphones came super fast (2 days after I bought them), clean and as pictured. Great experience and I recommend this seller!!

  From purchase to delivery, seller was hands-on all the way. The quality of shipment and products as they were advertised was next to none. Condition of the headphones was Open Box and it was correct. Seller also included a small notifier to "Fully Charge Before Use." The appearance of the package was well thought out with anti-static (it seemed) bubble/filler, and individual slip bags. This selling has been lost in online shopping, and I'm proud to support a seller offering outstanding value.

  Thank you so much! This has been my best experience with any order and product I've received. Communication of this seller I give a 100 and my order I received as well. They shipped right away I got it two days sooner than expected and the product came very well packaged, looking and working awesome. My ear buds look brand new no signs of use and they were SOOOOOO much more affordable than any where I seen. It Truly looks like they are brand new. I ripped the package open so fast,

  Outstanding customer service! I paid for a set of Sony earbuds that were very well priced. However I had a bunch of questions for the seller. Without hesitation they answered all of my questions, sent me very detailed photos of the ear buds, and made sure I was comfortable with the product before he shipped out. To make it even better, he shipped it within an hour of my paying for it! I would definitely do business here again!

  The mark of a good company is how they handle problems and stand by their products. When I contacted Top Notch Sourcing about problems I was having with the earbuds they sold me, they immediately (within minutes) replied and worked with me to try to resolve the issue. When none of the suggestions worked, they immediately sent me a replacement which worked perfectly. Great price, quick delivery, quick and friendly customer service.

  Great honest helpful seller! Originally, i failed to notice that the used headphones i had purchased had clearly displayed in the listing that they had a non-functional left speaker. Luckily, this seller immediately texted me to confirm whether or not I was trying to get this set for parts only, which i certainly was not. so Top Notch Sourcing advised me to cancel that order, they immediately approved, and I ordered a fully functional pair, which they shipped, and sms'd me the trk# within 10m
