  After receiving the reset chips, I tried to contact the seller for directions on how to install these chips. The chips on the original carts do not just come off. They are affixed to the cartridge. They responded by saying "just replace the original chips is ok, very easy." well if it is that easy, just provide a simple video. Have someone hold a phone and record it, post it to the auction you are selling. Their response was to buy a different product from them. Poor customer service.

  eBay does not allow sending videos, how can we send the video to you? And can you add the original cartridge to the ink? Do you provide a mailbox or something so we can send you the video?

  Board comes from china, FedEx lost the initial shipment during customs clearance. Seller took weeks to reship but was in constant communication. Reshipped and arrived as stated. Cutter is working and communicating again! Thank you!
