    There was a problem with my order, it was taking longer to be delivered than promised. I received a call from the seller, very apologetic, explaining that there was a mixup with inventory. I was told that they ordered more, and would send it out the next day. I was thanked for my patience, and given another apology. I received my item a couple days later. Nice customer service, and a great tool. Thank you!

    Excellent seller. Post Office sent the item all over the east and mid-west, even though we're in the same state. This seller went above and beyond, personally contacting the Post Office, keeping daily track with me, and keeping in contact. Thank you so much for your kind service.

    Terrific customer service. Carrier denied delivery. Mr. Tools folks contacted me and work to make the delivery happen. I'm happy with my Wera product, and grateful to Judy, and Matt from Mr. Tools for their quick action correcting the carrier non-delivery. They deserve a pay-raise now!     The item was delivered in a timely manner, and well wrapped. As advertised, it was brand new and still in the box. The price decent, and shipping was free! What more could you ask for?
