  As described and arrived today by 48hr tracked service as two parts of a three part order. Inexplicably, the third item I ordered at the same time has been sent by separate UNTRACKED post. Last time this happened it never arrived and had to be re-supplied by 24hr post - I hope not this time. But it would be better if all three orders had been sent together (TRACKED) and I had been given some discount on postage/delivery.

  Great screws and fast delivery. My only complaint would be that you sent 10 screws in a huge box surely a sturdy envelope would be more cost effective and eco friendly 🤔
