  I was very pleased with this seller and the item i purchased from them . The the item arrived well wrapped and bagged and on time and in new condition and seems very good value for what i purchased it for . The quality looked very good and looked just as described in the pictures but only time will tell on how good it really works as we have only just fitted it to our radiators .

  Superb quality item in brand new condition, exactly as described and, believe it or not, delivered next day, so I did not have to wait too long for my purchase. Great value provided by an excellent seller who I would definitely buy from again and thoroughly recommend purchasing from after this, my first class experience with them… :)

  Item was well packed and arrived within the timeframe advised by the seller. It was in new condition as described. Durable appearance. I’ve now used the item and can confirm it’s of good quality and ideal for fencing tasks as intended. Good value as same item nearly £20 more elsewhere. I highly recommend both the item and seller.

  Disappointed that the item was lost somewhere. Unfortunately it was the sellers last one, so they couldn't send me a replacement. 🤷🏻‍♂️ On a positive note, seller responded to my queries quickly when I notified them that it had supposedly been delivered to me when it hadn't. They tried their best to track it down. As soon as it became obvious that courier couldn't locate it, seller refunded me. Very happy with their communication & customer service. 100% courier at fault. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Packaging was rubbish (bin bag and sellotape) parcel was ripped by the time it got here and the bag was filthy , messaged seller and all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience" will give it a wash and hope for the best but won't be buying from them again !

  Unfortunately, the shampoo spray delivered to me today is not the one advertised and shown in the pictures - either the wrong item has been sent or the item on the website has the wrong picture. The code on the advertised item is AA1020 22 and the code on the one I have received is AA1010 22 - totally different tap connectors, as can be seen on other advertisers pages for said product code . Not even taken it out of the package as I know it won't fit my taps as I have had one before!
