Complained to Evri about unsafe delivery but eventually was told to inform the retailer of this incident. Gemma from Tools 2U Direct customer services was excellent in dealing wth me about this matter.Communication was great and she sent me a new set of spanners via Royal Mail this time.They have now arrived and I am happy with my purchase.
