  Good, honest seller. Unfortunately the used unit had the same fault issue as the one it was to replace. The seller accepted the return, no questions asked and at no cost to me. If the seller could not check the operation because it requires a battery to do so, he couldn't have known the item had a problem. Given the overall experience, I would recommend the seller and would buy from him again.
