  the item was delivered in very good condition and came on time the quality was brilliant, the appearance of it is exactly the same as the picture, and the value is good for money too. the delivery and the way the appearance was in the box was spot on

  Quality, condition, value, appearance I don't know? because I never received the item, still waiting for a response, it's been more than a week, I reached out to Mr. Tony only to be ignored after posting a photo of the wrong item at his request, if he wanted certification that it was not the item I ordered he got it, I tried to follow up on the inquiry, I gave him more than the courtesy week eBay policy, but nothing? I rarely give any negative reviews, im not sure what happened?

  By uploading a photo, you've shot yourself in the foot, as the photo which you've included confirms 100% that the ring which you've received is exactly the same as the ring which you ordered. Looking at your eBay registration date, it's plain to see that this is another eBay 'virgin' who simply does not understand how eBay works. You're advised to either take the time to learn how to navigate eBay, or failing that stick to buying from high street stores!
