    There was a mistake made by the seller and seller originally sent 5 instead of 10 cartridges. Communications was very good & the seller immediately sent the remainder of my order.. Unfortunately, there was a shipping delay in getting the remaining 5 cartridges but it was not the sellers fault, it was shipping service. Based on my experience I would buy from this seller again in the future. I don't feel that the short shipping error was deliberate and the error was corrected promptly.

    The seller contacted me to make sure that I had received my cartridges. One of the cartridges wasn't in the box. I messaged the seller. They assured me that the correct cartridge would be sent out immediately. I have always been pleased with this seller and I still am! Thank you!

    The Cannon Pixma Black/Color replacement cartridges were exactly as described and my printer accepted them quickly and easily.Both Black and Color print are quality cartridges.The ink cartridges were well packed and item came on time.A response to a question I had about product was prompt and answer was very informative and resolved my concern.

    The product arrived damaged. The seller was notified and immediately stepped in to resolve the issue. They communicated and did everything they promised. I would recommend this seller. They stand behind their sales in a very professional manner. I will buy from them again as I know they are reputable.
