Hello, and welcome! My name is Brian Garrett, and my family and I proudly operate four locally-owned pawn businesses in South Texas with the support of our dedicated staff. All items listed here are products that come through our pawn locations. Each item is thoroughly tested and cleaned before being posted on eBay.
Not sure about an item? No worries! Since most of the items are pre-owned, I want to assure you that any items with issues can be returned for a full refund in accordance with eBay's 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message. I'll do my best to respond as quickly as possible and provide the information you need.
Our shop's business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Items bought before noon on a weekday are shipped the same day. Purchases made later in the day will be shipped the next business day.

    It was exactly as described and the packing was amazing. I had some trouble with the shipping but that was on usps. I messaged them once I saw it messed up and they immediately texted back and did everything they could to help and clear up the issue. 10/10 would buy from them again

    Package arrived on time. Xbox packed securely in bubble wrap and foam peanuts. All accessories included and zip tied for added security. Item was in like new condition as described. Overall great value and happy with choice!

    Great and Honest Seller. Seller shipped promptly, carefully packed in bubble wrap. Item was as described and as pictured, however, one of the buttons was not working (Seller was probably not aware), so I informed the Seller. The Seller promptly replied and did what he could to make it right. I would buy from this Seller again as I had a great experience with the Seller.

    Packaged well and as described. Only 1 of the 2 drives functions, but seller noted that they could not verify storage so it was disclosed in the auction. Took forever to arrive, but that's the fault of USPS, not the seller. Tis the season I suppose. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would buy from again.

    Everything was correct as describe in the ad. Would highly recommend this seller. There was a problem with the shipping but it was not the seller fault it was a problem with USPS and that does happen some times. So I giving shipping 5 out 5 star because this seller send out with 24 hours after purchase.

    Amazing experience with Tom’s Pawn, very honest, quick shipping, item arrived on time as described, well packaged. With scammers becoming more frequent when it comes to higher end items, it’s harder to trust cause they tend to try and pull the wool over your eyes by deceiving you to believe there items are authentic. This seller sells 100% authentic items and can be trusted without a doubt and I highly recommend to anyone wanting a great deal on amazing items, with no hassle or worries. A++
