    Perfect transaction in all regards. Product is precisely as pictured and infact I would say much better in hand. It arrived much sooner than originally stated (a whole week early) and regardless of the early nature I was kept informed of shipping progress (still the early was unexpected good). It must also be noted that this shop went over and above on service by looking some special material up for me even after the sale was complete. Excellent excellent value in the shopping experience.

    The package arrived well in good time. Concerning the packaging, while I appreciate the care taken, I would have preferred it if the item was not wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. It was also in a bubble envelope which I can reuse, however wrapped in brown paper would have sufficed. We all need to be mindful about reducing our constant use of plastic in our daily lives. The item is exactly as described, however, was priced more than other similar items.

    The book is in great condition, just as described. It arrived well packaged and on time. Communication with the seller was fantastic. There was a national holiday in between and he immediately got in touch with me. I will definitely buy from them again and can't recommend them enough.

    The sewing machine arrived really quickly via DHL and exactly as described. The seller was very responsive and explained when the delivery will happen which was great. A very good seller.
