  We experienced an unusual delay with FedEx—delivery took over 3 weeks, likely due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. While the package eventually arrived safely, FedEx made no effort to contact me regarding the customs duty payment. As a result, the package sat with FedEx for 3 days without any notification, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience with the shipping service. However we are very happy with the items received, well pack, good job.
