    The Record 05 plane arrived as pictured on eBay. Shipping was prompt. Packaging was very good. The plane was shipped in a corrugated cardboard box covered with heavy plastic. The box was well padded with crumpled-up heavy-weight wrapping paper all around the plane. The plane itself was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. As such, the plane arrived in the USA in perfect condition. I would look forward to purchasing from this seller in the future.

    Package was lost by Royal Mail 48 Parcel Service despite tracking number stating it had arrived at the designated collection point. Royal Mail unable to locate parcel at designated location(s) based on tracking number provided. Seller was kind enough to offer a full refund for the unfortunate outcome.

    Exactly as described, well packed with free postage so was good value. Taken apart and repaired, I now have a lovely chrome shell lamp, easy to maintain and looks great. Thank you. Ideal eBayer.

    Very pleased with artisannia wooden ship building kit- exactly met expectations of seller’s description and photos posted. Kit arrived in clean condition with all parts present and still sealed in original packaging. Kit was keenly priced, promptly despatched and robustly packaged to arrive safely and quicker than expected in post. So full marks to seller for this one. Would recommend/ definitely use seller again for similar. Big thanks for this one
