  The item arrived damaged, yet the packaging in which the item arrived was not damaged in any way. I reached out to the seller but his repeated, cop-out response was that I should reach out to the postal service because the item was insured and that he didn’t know what to do in the situation. I asked for a full refund would be in order since the seller would not accept returns, but I received the same response. It strongly appears the seller knew the item was defective but shipped it anyway.
