Included in the package was, as advertised, the JSA authentication with matching identification and verified with the JSA website. The COA is in a protective sleeve. The puck itself is not in new condition. It has slight scuffing and wear, but the autograph looks terrific. The overall appearance is excellent. I feel that's it's a high quality item at a very good price.
