  Ordered on the 17th. Arrived on the 20th. Item was exactly as described and depicted. Very well packaged to prevent damage. Shipping cost reasonable. Item served it's purpose. Good experience.

  Shipped quickly and packaged well. I was a little disappointed because the inside laptop pocket is pulling away from the backpack. (see pictures) This wasn't in the description or the pictures, so I was bummed. It does look like it could be fixed pretty easily, but really would have liked to know that ahead of time, especially since I spend $50 (including $10 shipping) for a used backpack. The rest of it is in good condition. The seller did respond quickly when I made an offer on the item.
