  So there was delay by the post office in my area. This seller reached out to me in concern and was going the extra mile to make sure the package was going to be delivered. That’s amazing customer service. On top of that it was a delicate item sent and it was wrapped absolutely perfect!!!

  Delivery was expedient. Items were very carefully packaged. The items were delivered exactly as advertised. Considering this was a used electronics purchase, I was grateful that both items delivered were in perfect working condition. The two headsets I received were an excellent bargain. I’m fully aware that used items can fail at anytime but, as received, they are in perfect working condition. I’m very pleased with this seller and my purchase.

  Very fast response and shipping. The wood plane was extremely well packed for protection. The seller was very ingenious in their use of cardboard tubes and some custom cardboard cutouts to protect the metal plane body and the fragile wood grips. I was very impressed! Highly recommend this seller and will use them again.

  Arrived quickly and securely packaged. It unfortunately didn't fit like I had anticipated, and I let the seller know. (It was beautiful and in excellent condition as described.) A label was sent to me, and the item was returned. Would do business with this seller again.

  fast shipping time, terrible packaging, i would think for a 161.00 dollars you could have gone down to the uhaul center and purchased a decent box to place it in, wrapped in some bubble wrap, it took me an hour to unwrap trying to cut off the plastic wrap to make sure i didn't cut the bag. bag was as described, but i hope in the future you will think a little more about the buyer
