  Wow. I just had the best experience with a terrific eBay seller I've ever had. This seller not only kept in touch with me multiple times keep me informed about the logistics problems they were having in mailing an oversized wicker basket, but then went out of their way to pack it with multiple layers of packing materials to keep it safe during shipping, but also added a special touch just for me for my being patient while they solved the mailing problems. 100 % will purchase again.
