  When we received the initial box, due to shipping, it was very damaged and the part was bent/unusable. I sent a message and the seller was responsive and sent a replacement. The second box arrived in much better condition. The part has been replaced and the window now works again. I appreciate the response and responsibility of this seller. Thank you.

  Came before the time it said to arrive and the product fit perfectly like it said in the description was able to track the item ones they shipped it .. best transaction I had in a long time it also came with instructions on how to assemble that was helpful, thank you for your prompt and quick service , I will recommend this seller I give them 2 thumbs up 👍🏼 👍🏼

  They sent the wrong part. I'm waiting for their reply for my request to return the part. I found it a bit strange that they notified me that it wouldn't fit my van the day AFTER it was shipped.
