  Arrived brand new in good condition. The seller packaged it well and even included a couple of free goodies with my order which I didn't expect and definitely appreciate. Beautiful pencil, though I wish it was darker, so I'll have to see if I can use another kind of lead to get better results than what it came with. It took a while to get to me, especially the shipping out portion, but overall no complaints beyond that. Would recommend the seller.
