  My item has still not arrived. The tracking shows it's in TX, now a week ago. Seller has NOT responded to my inquiry as to what is the status. I have a customer waiting for their machine to be completed, which I cannot do until I get this part. My customer is not happy, and at this point, neither am I.

  Great packaging, worked with me so nicely. Shipped in a timely manner. Went out of their way to make sure my product was satisfactory. She absolutely put so much effort into getting all the books into one shipping and check back to make sure the package made it to me. Thank you

  To clear up my feedback. I am not disputing the sellers sale obligations to the buyer. The seller completed their obligations in preparing and sending the package within the 24 hours as stated in the sale.My dispute is with the shipper, USPS. I tracked the package and discovered that USPS had misdirected the package to another location, thus causing delays of delivery of my package, USPS became aware of this postal error, my package was redirected to my residence and package was delivered.
