  Tried to contact to tell them that the hat wasn't 7 3/8ths like it was advertised but when I tried to "contact the seller" it kept popping up "buyers often ask" or some stuff asking for a password and then just popped up "access denied" and won't let me contact them .

  Hello. I tried to reply to your original message. I’m not sure what is going on with EBay’s messaging. I emailed them to let them know that was a problem. I’m not sure why the hat was the wrong size. I can refund if you would like. Just let me know. Thanks!
