  The item was well wrapped when I received it from the postman I didn’t receive the item that I ordered due to the packer of my parcel. I contacted Tim who refunded me the cost of the fire truck and 50% off a future purchase I decided to keep the misplaced item as I have never made it. Tim contacted me several times after apologising sincerely. I have bought quite a lot of poly bags from his site on eBay and I will continue to do so as he provides an excellent prompt service

  There was a mixup and I ended up getting the wrong order but the seller was really friendly and just instantly refunded me. Despite the mixup I’d highly recommend the seller, they dispatched instantly and had perfect customer support.
