  The device was in working order. The packaging was top notch. The delivery was quick. The only problem I had was with the power chord. They sent the wrong one, and it would not power up the device. Luckily I had a power chord from another device that worked. I reached out several times to see if they would send the correct power chord and the only option they offered was a full refund. They never offered to send the correct power chord. Over all it was a great deal. The device looked good.

  Sold as new, appeared so, however I did find 3 pictures in memory that were NOT mine! As such seller shouldn't have claimed that it was "Not Activated" (which implies 'not used') Likely a unit that was a returned item or part of a refurbishment. I'm still satisfied as it works fine and was shipped quickly, received on time, and really well packaged (loads of bubble wrap). Unit only, no original boxing.

  Item shipped quick, was packed well and in plain carboard box/non-product box (ideal for potential porch pirates). Item in pretty much brand-new condition. Appearance looked great, no blemishes/scratches. No issues turning on and have run/used with no issues. Comes with power cord only, no accessories, but this is stated in description. Would recommend this seller to others.

  Just as described. Mint condition, in working order. Ultra fast shipping, PROPERLY PACKAGED with LOTS of bubble wrap making sure no damage came to the laptop. Kudos to the seller for that!
