  THE quality of this seller is completely atrocious and sent horrendous condition unit in a bubble mailer then claimed that they shipped it protected. this seller does not honor the value of this unit is horrible and the sellers appearance in his communication needs serious work i will be looking at my options threw ebay to resolve this matter 1 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware!

  Packaging could have been better. The box came in a thin padded envelope and the corner were crushed and a little beat up. Other than that, the item itself is great. Original packaging, everything individually wrapped. Great value for it being a brand new item. The headset feels great in my hands and on my head. It looks great, just like the photos! Kudos to the seller for accepting a lower offer as well!

  The item was exactly how it was described and listed, the repackaging that the SSD came in was very protective, with many layers of bubble wrap inside a cardboard box inside more layers of bubble mailers. SSD health was also at 100% and the storage was also the 4TB that was promised. Love it!
