  The item was shipped quickly and it would have been what I expected. Unfortunately, the items were not packaged properly, and they were also severely mishandled during shipping, which caused some of them to shatter (two cups and a dish). Only cotton and paper were used for padding, and no "fragile" marking was used on the box. The seller offered a partial refund, which I appreciate. I would recommend them to others, but I hope they take more care on packing irreplaceable objects in the future.

  This was a difficult situation. Obviously we were both upset at the damage.Any type of packing would not of held up to the beating this box took. As I said before it looks like an anvil was dropped on the box.Also, we do not use foam chip/peanuts due to environmental concerns.We have a pretty good review rate, with most people commentating on how well the items were packed. In this case the shipment just took a severe beating.Again, apologies for the partial damage.Thanks, Take care.

  Had a very positive experience with this seller! The books were packaged/protected really well and the shipping was very quick. Everything in the lot was exactly as described and as shown in the detailed photos. I'm very pleased with the purchase and would deal with this seller again anytime.
