  I am very pleased with this product, and the Seller. I am only disappointed that there was extra Customs/Duties Fees, however, that has nothing to do with the Seller. As well, my item was delivered 1 day sooner than the expected time. Thank you!

  I never received the items. Seller did NOT reach out to make it better. Very disappointed. I tried several times to contact seller through their eBay web page and it just took me in circles. I had to maneuver another time consuming way. When seller finally responded they left no reliable updated information for my questions.Alll was left as it was before. I did not know if I was to receive my purchase after waiting a month. Very frustrating!

  First, this order was shipped on time to HI, for which we paid a significant amount for shipping, more than the cost of the order itself (resulting in a negative profit). Contacted USPS, and they did not have an update on(tracking # 9434636202447274684520, therefore, we provided a refund for your order. Thank you for your order. We have learned a valuable lesson; thus, we are changing our policy to no longer ship to Hawaii.

  Order item 2.5 weeks ago but seller never Shipped. Seller marked it shipped with no tracking the day I bought it. Contacted seller 2.6 weeks letting them know I never received item, they never contacted me back. They created a shipping label then with tracking but still never shipped item. And never contacted me. Seems scamish.
