  Great communication with seller, very and friendly , offered a return if ring didn't fit. Small discount given. Item exactly as described, even better in reality tbh. Very nice ring, very happy with purchase, great value for money.   Was unable to purchase the chosen ring as it had already been sold. Refund issued straight away. Seller contacted me immediately and offered a more than generous solution as way of an apology. Communication throughout was great. I found the seller very professional. Picked a different ring which was dispatched straight away and arrived very quickly. Everything as described.   Super fast postage - which meant received the very next day from order. Packaged fantastic & reached as new condition - obviously cleaned and presented well. As described and pleased. I actually was looking for this with blue sapphire as I’d lost a family member & cremated her with mine - 7 years searching… until this: it may be the garnet version but I’ve never come across the same crucifix! So instantly bought it. Though pricey, it held a lot of sentimental value & the seller has been 5⭐️
