Seller was a tad hesitant yet fulfilled obligation to a 100% refund. The Realtor (doorknob) Lockbox came without a package and arrived LOCKED. It took a bit of convincing to assure seller is did arrive, in fact, locked! No way to unlock without the code, right? Therefore, it's useless to me. In the end the seller stepped up and did the right thing by honoring the situation. TBH, if I were the seller, I'd likely question the situation too! Nevertheless, refund was issued and all ends well.

Perfect transaction, shipping, packaging. I am very pleased and everything was exactly as described. I accidentally broke this mug about 16 years ago and could not find another at the time. I was thrilled to find it now and pleased with the quality. The price, time and shipping were very fair. thank you!

Item was as described. Buyer packaged it very well so that it would not be broken in transit and shipped it out very quickly. The price was very good for the item and the shipping cost was reasonable. Highly recommend seller and I am very happy with my purchase and the entire transaction 😊
