I'm very satisfied with the product — it arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. The aluminium alloy is sturdy and exactly as described. Shipping was faster than expected.   I was in contact with these people and they couldn,t have been more helpful. The items arrived just a couple days late, but where in constant contacct to make sure that they arrived. So very pleased with the outcome, as all arrived, great quality, in great condition, plus got 2 for the price of one, so gret valuve for money. Was an absolute pleasuredoing business/buying from time is friend168. as they where 100%.

  The Item arrived on time and shipped in an ESD bag (Great), sadly it was not completely as shown in the photos. Some manufacturing issues noted. However very good communications with the Seller and accepted the issues noted. For that I am happy with the seller.

  Unfortunately for me this transaction was not successful. The seller was absolutely first rate they contacted me to explain that the item had been mislaid somewhere in transit and instantly offered a refund, long before I was expecting delivery. Would purchase from again as if something goes wrong they quickly resolve the issue.

  The item was a useful smartphone holder & tripod as described but unfortunately it was damaged beyond repair in transit. After an apology and very nice comms (it wasn't their fault), the seller gave me a full refund. Great ebayer, very nice people, can recommend with confidence.
