  I just received my item. I am very disappointed in the packaging. Item was broken in half upon delivery. I can see there was effort made to package thoughtfully. I paid a lot for delivery on this item only to receive it broken. I appreciate the email communication. There was a wonderful card in the package. I am rating neutral instead of negative, & hope they will package better for customers in the future. The reason for buying this item was to replace one that was broken. Now I have 2 broken

  I am writing a follow up to my former feedback.. I appreciate this sellers kindness in refunding the purchase amount of this item. Although was not necessary, they did so anyway. I appreciate the honesty of this seller, and although I do not buy on eBay very often I would purchase from this seller again. I apologize for any negativity perceived in the first feedback.
