  Good quality ceiling rose and at a good price. Ordered to be delivered to my local Morrisons. After about 6 attempts to collect it, the item could still not be found. I messaged the seller and was immediately contacted by Mike. Mike said that he didn’t want me to have anymore inconvenience and offered to send me one immediately to my home address, or an address of my choice, at no extra cost to me. Fabulous service from Mike who turned the situation into a positive experience. I would recommend

  Looks good quality, delivered really quickly and very well packaged. Instructions were good and it came with additional tape for fixing the heating mat. I haven't installed it yet but looks to be a good quality item. The communication was very good amd they were quick to respond to telephone query..
