  My order was placed on the 4th with shipping supposed to be 7th to 13th and now it’s is has changed to 13th to 20th I have no tv because the bulb is bad. I may have to cancel the order unless something is changed Roy Gereen

  Not as described, I ordered two locks that were supposed to be keyed alike. Both locks were keyed separately. I Tried messaging the seller with my concern once the locks were received no response from seller hence the negative feedback.

  Buyer has an excessive history of leaving negative feedback; hence, their dissatisfaction is not surprising. We regret that you were unable to reach us to resolve the matter sooner from a message that you claimed to have sent us, assuming it was an eBay message. The two locks and four keys were new, factory-sealed, and keyed alike. If you don't like the locks, send them back for a refund - within 30 days. Simple process.
